Privacy and data use

Newsletter. When you sign up for The AgenticED Brief, we store your email address, the consent wording you agreed to and its version, the time you signed up and confirmed, the site and campaign you came from, and your topic choices. These records are kept in our database on Cloudflare. We use Resend (Resend, Inc.) to send confirmation emails and newsletter issues. Resend stores your email address and subscription status, and records delivery events such as bounces and unsubscribes. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any issue or with your preference link. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending and keep a record of your opt-out so we do not email you again by mistake. To ask for deletion of your record, contact the privacy contact below. The retention period for subscriber records remains an owner decision.

Consulting inquiries, when enabled, store the name, role, organization, organization type, email, interest, timeline and message in D1. Matt reviews them to reply. They are retained until the inquiry is closed. Matt will update this statement with the post-closure period. The form stays closed until configured.

Use case suggestions store the title, summary, role and an optional contact email in D1 for editorial review. They are never published automatically. Do not include student information or other personal data.

Sponsorship inquiries are stored for review. Do not submit student information. First-party ad events use a daily hashed session signal, never a raw IP address in D1.

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and measure page performance. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not collect visitors' personal data.
