AgenticED records source URLs, excerpts, retrieval dates and content hashes. A source may document a product capability without proving an educational outcome. Unknown means unknown. Missing evidence is a hold for review, not a pass.

Published educational guidance requires human review of the exact draft and source support. Selection under Methodology 1.0 requires all eight gates. Changes to a source or tool can make an earlier selection due for review.
